About Dalbello Cabrio MV free 120 boots 2027

Designed for freetourers, the Cabrio MV Free 120 IF means sheer satisfaction off the slopes and groundbreaking versatility. With a 120 flex and it’s wider 101 mm last (MV stands for “Medium Volume”), this boot offers extra space for those who enjoy a maximized FIT without compromising the performance. Basis for the outstanding FIT is the HIKE PRO MV liner, which excels both on the ascent and descent. It features separately manufactured and partially pre-shaped components, combining excellent comfort with superior heel hold and mobility around the ankles. And while Dalbello's PuRE technology includes a harder outer layer for efficient power transmission to the shell, the AUTOFIT technology, with a memory foam tongue, adapts the liner individually to each foot. The Dalbello Cabrio design provides exceptional control during off-piste descents. The three-piece construction allows for even flex, smooth damping, and stable support at the sides and heel. A flexible, ergonomically improved tongue made of Pebax simplifies stepping in and out of the boots. Removing the tongue in hike mode is now a thing of the past and a revised Ski-Walk mechanism makes it even easier to switch between ascent and descent mode.

FEATURES

Flex
120 – A stiff flex that delivers powerful support, precise control, and responsive performance.

Last
101 mm – A medium-volume fit that balances comfort with performance and control.

IF Hike Pro MV liner
Performance-oriented touring liner designed to provide secure support, comfort, and mobility while hiking and skiing.

PuRE liner reinforcement
A durable outer layer of recycled polyurethane improves power transmission from the leg to the shell.

Auto-Fit Tongue
EVA padding on both sides allows the tongue to mold around the shin for improved comfort, fit, and performance.

Bi-injected tongue
Softer plastic in key flex zones and thinner ribs reduce weight while promoting an easier, smoother, and more natural walking stride.

Progressive cabrio construction
Three-piece construction with an external Kinetic Response Tongue provides smooth power transmission, progressive flex, and effective shock absorption across variable terrain.

Cabrio ski-walk mechanism
A curved connection automatically adapts to the canting adjustment, while an interchangeable rear insert allows the cuff’s forward inclination to be customized.

Cabrio canting
Allows the upper cuff’s lateral inclination to be aligned with the skier’s leg, including up to 1° of additional outward adjustment.

Forward lean control
Rear wedges can be inserted between the shell and cuff to adjust the boot’s forward inclination.

Dynalink and Dynalock
A coaxially mounted 45° buckle improves heel retention, while the articulated locking system remains secure until intentionally released.

Micro-adjustable buckles
Buckle length can be precisely adjusted to fine-tune closure tension and create a more secure fit.

50 mm Power Band
Durable booster elastics are integrated into a compact tubular band for secure cuff closure, rebound, and efficient power transmission.

Quick-hook release
A hooked buckle allows the strap to be released quickly without pulling it completely through the retaining ring.

PU shell
Polyurethane construction provides durability, reliable support, and consistent flex.

Polyamide composite cuff
Lightweight composite construction provides supportive and responsive performance.

MyFit system
Customizable construction allows the boot to be adapted for improved comfort, precision, and support.

Customizable bootboard
Depth-marked holes allow a boot fitter to grind precisely and adjust both frontal and lateral stance alignment.

GripWalk soles
Pre-mounted soles improve walking comfort and traction while providing compatibility with GripWalk and ISO 13992 touring bindings.
