Price adjustments / Price match policy

If you find an item you bought from D-Structure being sold for less by a competitor (including tax and shipping) or if the price drops on our site within 14 days of your purchase, we’ll match the lower price.

CONDITIONS

• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s listed price.
• The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer, either online or in-store.
• The product must be the same brand, model, size, color, and production year.
• Price matching is subject to verification and approval by D-Structure.
• Price matching is only available in Canadian Dollars.

PROCEDURE

• If you find a qualifying product, reach out to our customer service before placing your order, and we’ll adjust the price.
• If you’ve already purchased the item within the last 14 days and it meets the criteria, you can request a price adjustment by contacting our customer service.
  

EXCLUSIONS

• Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  
• Auction sites, liquidation or clearance sales, used items, demo or floor models, and unofficial websites do not qualify.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of items eligible for price matching.
• Out-of-stock products and expired sale prices will not be matched.
