Price adjustments / Price match policy

Found a lower price? We’ll match a qualifying Canadian competitor’s price, including taxes and shipping, before you buy or within 14 days of your purchase. If the price drops on our website within 14 days of your purchase, you can also request a price adjustment.

Conditions ↓

• The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer, online or in-store.
  
• The product must be identical in brand, model, size, colour and production year.
  
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s advertised price.
  
• Prices must be in Canadian dollars. Comparisons include taxes and shipping.
  
• All price match requests are subject to verification and approval by D-Structure.

How to request a price match ↓

Before purchasing:
Contact our customer service before placing your order. Once your request is approved, we’ll adjust the price.

After purchasing:
If you find a qualifying lower price or the price drops on our website, contact our customer service within 14 days of your purchase to request a price adjustment.

Exclusions ↓

• Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  
• Auction sites, unofficial websites, liquidation and clearance sales, used items, demo items and floor models do not qualify.
  
• Out-of-stock products and expired sale prices do not qualify.
  
• We reserve the right to limit the number of items eligible for price matching.
