How to return a product


    • Make sure the product you wish to return is eligible and complies with our return policy.
    • Get a return authorization by contacting our customer service. Make sure to include your order number and product you wish to return in your email.
    • Follow our customer service associate's return instructions.

    Return policy

    • All products bought on clearance (21% off and more) are considered a final sale.
    • Please note we do not accept returns outside of Canada & USA.
    • Products eligible for returns a refund can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Returns are processed Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm. Returns are usually processed within 1 to 3 days of arrival.
    • Returns are free in Canada on products over 150$ (regular price) except on oversized items such as ski bags, bikes and others. All other returns must be paid by the customer.

    Eligible products

    To return a product, it needs to:
    • Have been purchased at a maximum of 20% off
    • Be in brand new, unused condition
    • Have all of the original labels and tags
    • Be in original packaging
    • Be as clean as when initially shipped
    • Have no unusual odors or fur/hair

    The following products can't be returned:
    • Underwear
    • Face masks
    • Used equipment

    Damaged or incorrect product

    Customers must inspect products upon reception. If it is an incorrect product, the customer must contact our customer service within 7 days of reception. Arrangements will be made to return the damaged, defective or incorrect product free of charge.
