Shipping

Every order ships from our store in Québec.
We offer, most of the time, free shipping under certain conditons. Check the site's header or dropdown menu. *Past season's skis at 60% off are excluded from our free shipping offer. We offer a 40$ flat fee for these products.*
A tracking number is provided with every order once it leaves the store. If you did not get your tracking number, please check your junk folder to make sure it did not land there. If you did not receive any tracking information, please contact our customer service.

International orders

Hardgoods such as skis, poles and boots are quite expensive to ship internationally (outside Canada and the US) and shipping prices are pretty volatile. The 100$ CAD flat rat international shipping fee does not apply to these products and you will be contacted after placing your order with a more accurate shipping quote. We can provide a shipping quote before placing your order, just send your full address and product(s) you're interested in to our customer service.

Delivery time & delays

Online orders are usually shipped within 24h from Monday through Friday. If you order within a sale period (Boxing Day, Black Friday, etc.), please allow 2 to 3 extra business days.

Estimated delivery time :
• Province of Québec: 1 to 5 days
• Eastern Canada: 2 to 5 days
• Western Canada: 4 to 10 days
• Canadian Territories: 4 to 10 days
• United States of America: 3 to 10 days
• Rest of the world: 5 to 21 days

Oversized items

Some oversized items such as ski bags might require additional shipping charges. Theses items may be excluded from our free shipping policy. We will contact you if that is the case.

Cancelling an order

Please contact our customer service to cancel an order. Please note we ship orders pretty fast; if it's been shipped & dispatched, it can't be cancelled.

In-store pickups

You can pick up your order in-store by selecting the in-store pickup option at checkout. This service is free. Orders are usually ready within a couple hours. Please wait for until you get the ''Your order is ready'' email before dropping by.
