Eligible products (see below) purchased ONLINE between December 2nd and December 24th 2025 will be eligible for refunds only from January 2nd to January 14th 2026. No returns after that.

Products purchased beyond 20% off are considered a final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds.

Absolutely no returns will be possible (in-store or online) from December 26th 2025 to January 1st 2026.

Eligible products (see below) purchased IN-STORE between December 2nd and December 24th 2025 will be eligible for exchanges only from January 2nd to January 14th 2026. No returns after that.

Eligible products ↓

To return a product, it needs to:
• Have been purchased at a maximum of 20% off
• Be in brand new, unused condition
• Have all of the original labels and tags
• Be in original packaging
• Be as clean as when initially purchased/shipped
• Have no unusual odours or fur/hair
