Eligible products purchased between December 1st and December 24, 2025 qualify for the following holiday return options:

Online purchases: Refunds only, from January 2 to January 14, 2026.
In-store purchases: Exchanges only, from January 2 to January 14, 2026.
No holiday returns or exchanges will be accepted after January 14, 2026.

No returns or exchanges will be processed in-store or online from December 26, 2025, to January 1, 2026, inclusive.

Products purchased at more than 20% off are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

To qualify for a return or exchange, a product must:
• Have been purchased at full price or at a discount of 20% or less
• Be in brand-new, unused condition
• Have all original labels and tags attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Be clean and free of unusual odours, fur and hair
