About Armada x D-Structure 25th anniversary ARV 100 skis 2025

A quarter century strong and still going. 

We wanted to recreate Phil Belanger's iconic pro model with Dynastar that released in 2004 and Simon Roy understood the vision. A couple days after he returned this masterpiece. Very proud of the final result.

Phil was originally supposed to be a founder of Armada back in 2001 but chose to go with Dynastar as they offered him, Dion and Larose a pro model. He then was able to invest in D-Structure with money earned from that deal so I guess we've officially come full circle. A major thanks to Armada for the opportunity and for everything they've done for freeskiing since 2002.

This limited edition ARV 100 is a collector piece and every pair has been hand numbered by us. Cheers to another 25!

The ARV 100 is the all-mountain freestyle king with a 100 mm waist and AR Freestyle Rocker providing exceptional all-around versatility. Whether sending it in the park or charging around the mountain in search of a few inches of fresh snow, the wider waist and rocker in the tips and tails deliver a solid platform for rutted out landings and variable conditions. The Poplar Core and w3Dgewall construction keep weight to a minimum with plenty of pop for  bigger tricks with less effort. With a softer flex profile than its narrower siblings, ARV 100 is the ski of choice for butters and presses inside the park and out. Ski anywhere you like any way you want. FEATURES

AR Freestyle Rocker
Rockered tips and tails are combined with positive camber underfoot to allow the ski to charge with ease through unpredictable snow and maintain a solid carve when asked to do so. Turn the whole mountain into your playground.

Poplar Core
Stability, power, and ease are paramount in this 100% poplar wood core. For those looking for predictability and smoothness, the Poplar core delivers in all snow conditions.

Ash Binding Insert

w3Dgewall
The w3Dgewall is a radical reimagining of ski design. Our engineers went to work on a unique concept to create the most durable, highest performance construction we’ve ever built. The w3Dgewall is a 3D molded, injected sidewall that’s angled where it joins the wood core, creating a mechanical bond in the mold during ski construction for a stronger, more uniform connection between the sidewall and core. With more material in critical areas for added durability and a three-dimensional taper in the tip and tail, the w3Dgewall creates a ski that will stand up to more abuse while providing enhanced edge grip at reduced weights.

S7 Base
Durable and low maintenance, with a speed additive for quickness.

2.5 Impact Edge
Oversized and specially heat-treated, this edge is built to resist impact damage in the most demanding situations.
